Deposits, cancellations, appointment times.

A deposit (minimum £30) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment: this will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of treatment. Your deposit is retained and is non-refundable.

You need to provide at least 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel your appointment. Failure to attend your appointment is not fair. If you are running late, please try to contact Cosmo Derma conveniently.

Your appointment may be changed at the discretion of Cosmo-Derma. 48 hours advance notice will be given and replacement appointment dates and times will be offered.

Consultations, payments, Treatment

In your consultation, it will be explained that you may need further treatments to reach desired results and that the desired results are not guaranteed. If you agree to proceed with treatment and the desired results are not achieved, you will require further sessions. Medical science dictates that measured treatment is proper practice. In this instance, if you are dissatisfied,  no refund can be offered. 

If you have a wrinkle relaxing treatment (Botox), a review appointment must be attended after two weeks and no later than three weeks. If the treatment is not successful or meet your expectations and you refuse further treatment, no refund will be given.

Full payment (the balance remaining after the deposit has been subtracted), is due on the day of treatment. We accept, cash, debit and credit cards no cheques accepted.

A full medical history is required to enable Cosmo Derma to ascertain a suitable medical product to be ordered for you. It is your responsibility to disclose all medical history.
